Ideal candidate:

  • Completed academic studies (business informatics, business administration, economic sciences or management sciences)
  • Abilities to analyze and structure complex tasks independently
  • Fast comprehension and excellent abstraction abilities in order to understand and easily transport complex interrelations
  • A strong will to form and transform your business is one of your most important skills as well as a strong customer and solution orientation
  • Experienced in conflict management, communications, moderation of meetings and presentation, even on management level
  • Team player with an high awareness for responsibility and quality
  • Business trips will have an estimated share of 20 – 40 % of your activities
  • Very good German skills
  • Very good English skills
  • Know-how of operational processes in IT-systems
  • Very good Know-how and perennial experience with MS Excel and MS Accessin order to create individualreports
  • Extensive knowledge concerning the finance process chain
  • Well-founded experience in the management of complex projects, if necessary in an international environment
  • Expert knowledge in several of the following areas: Accounting, HR, Procurement and overall expertise regarding complex and task specific rules and processes, e.g. approval processes


Job description:

  • Shaping and developing the Contract Management process
  • Procurement of external and internal service providers on behalf of internal requesters, e.g. consulting services
  • Procurement of temporary workers
  • Management of goods receipts
  • Secure compliance requirements (Commissioned Data Privacy Agreements& External Workforce Management)
  • Monitoring and forecasts
  • Support of the contractual design connected to the buildup of near shore locations
  • Development and steering of optimization measures in the procurement process including analysis of weaknesses and instigation of counter measures
  • Development of technical designs
  • Counseling of managers and employees regarding the procurement of resources
  • Performing trainings concerning the procurement process
