Ideal candidate:

  • University degree
  • HR Experience is preferable. Experience in Shared Service area is a plus
  • Deep knowledge of and long-term experience in process management and good knowledge in project management
  • Knowledge of HR processes and tools
  • Good knowledge of analytical and statistical methods to systematically improve processes, i.e. “Six Sigma”- Approach
  • Willingness to work with near shore partner
  • Language skills: German fluent, English basic
  • Competent, authentic and confident manner
  • Conceptual intellectual power and solution-focused acting as well as ability to support decision making processes
  • Cooperative work style, social competence and communicative assets
  • Experience in preparation, description and presentation
  • Willingness to travel in projects


Job description:

  • Participation in national and international projects
  • Process analysis, identification and implementation of process optimization for continuous further development and improvement of operational processes (standardization / automation of processes of HtR production) of the own service line
  • Application of analytical and statistical methods, e.g. According to Six Sigma
  • Identifying opportunities for defect reduction
  • Support for the further development of the existing KPI-based system for the control and identification of process weaknesses
  • Participation in the transformation of processes into an end-to-end organization and implementation of efficiency and quality improvements
  • Input as part of the further development of the target process model
  • Creation and maintenance of documentation, e.g. In ARIS (Process Knowledge Management Tool)

Participation in the preparation and maintenance of work instructions and work aids, as well as training courses
