The Spanish group Mantor ( has received the town planning approval for Trastevere Residential Complex (, located in 84 Erou Iancu Nicolae Bvd.

Trastevere is the first project developed entirely by Mantor and is set to have a G+6 height regime and a total of 54 apartments. The residential complex will include private parking, gym, a social area for adults and an indoor children playground, as well as a rooftop pool.

The residential establishment will cover an area of approximately 6,000 sqm and the investment value amounts to approximately 6 million Euros.

“We have an extensive experience as a general contractor, but Trastevere is the first project created entirely by Mantor, as a developer on the Romanian market. The next step is to submit the papers needed for the building permit, so we can start the construction works and complete the project by the summer of 2018, as planned”, has declared Tomas Manjon, co-founder of Mantor Group.

The founders of Mantor Group own a portfolio of 16 premium and luxury construction projects which sum more than 500,000 sqm in Spain and Romania.

At the moment, Mantor is running 4 projects as a general contractor, with a total budget of 7 million EUR + TVA: a building in the Cotroceni area, a building in Docentilor street, a building in the Amzei area (the former Mita Biciclista house) and a factory in Urlati, Ploiesti.
