Mantor Group has completed Stejarul student campus Right before the start of a new school year, Mantor announces the completion of the building works for Stejarul university center for boys, located on Carol Davila 59, close to the Polytechnic University, the University of Medicine and Pharmacy and the Bucharest University. The projects belongs to Stejarul Educational Serv SRL, who invested 1 million euros for a 1200 sqm building that can accommodate 16 students in individual rooms with private bathrooms. Inside the campus, the students have access to a library, dining rooms, seminar and tutoring halls, common social areas equipped with TV and computers, bicycle and car parking, as well as a chapel. Stejarul– Campus Universitar rooms are available for students from any faculty in Bucharest, in exchange for a monthly rent of 250 euros, plus the additional costs for campus services. These include daily in-room cleaning, weekly laundry for sheets and towels, and daily breakfast and dinner. Optionally, students can benefit from weekly laundry services for clothes and daily lunch for an amount of 117 euro / month. Moreover, the students have access to a series of academic, cultural, or sport-related activities such as debate club, study counseling for students during their final year and professional orientation, as well as visits to museums, plastic art workshops or film screenings. „Stejarul university campus is much more than a student dorm.It represents the possibility of living in a real academic environment that promotes personal training and development of each individual. We began the construction works in June 2016 and we have completed the construction without any issues this year, in September.For both rooms and common areas, we used state-of-the-art modern finishes which provide students with a complete and comfortable experience”, as declared Tomas Manjon, Managing Partner of Mantor. Students can also have access to two types of scholarships: the Excellence Scholarship, which offers 100 euros/month for students with outstanding academic results, and the Collaborator Scholarship, worth 50 to 100 de euro/month, dedicated to students involved in the maintenance of the campus. The founders of Mantor Group own a portfolio of 16 premium and luxury construction projects, which sum more than 500,000 sqm in Spain and Romania. At the moment, Mantor is running 4 projects as a general contractor, with a total budget of 7 million EUR + TVA: a building in the Cotroceni area, a building in Docentilor street, a building in the Amzei area (the former MitaBiciclista house) and a factory in Urlati, Ploiesti.
