Tomas Manjon is managing partner of the Spanish company Mantor, which includes three other companies: Trastevere, Cador and Facilitec Romania.
Tomas coordinates Mantor’s Operations , being also involved in the development and new business initiatives. Prior to founding Mantor, he served as Romania Country Manager for the Spanish group GEA 21 and as General Manager for Tiriac Imobiliare. He has an extensive portfolio of residential, office and leisure developments.
He is Civil Engineer from Universidad Politecnica de Madrid and also earned a Law Degree from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
The biggest challenge of his career was to restructure and make viable a luxury residential project which was highly striked by the economic crisis.

What’s your favorite app?
Google Maps. I have an awful orientation sense and before the smartphones were a thing I used to drive with a map in my hands.

My watch, my wallet and my phone.
What’s your favorite place in Bucharest?
My office (I’m not joking, I am a workaholic). Apart from work I like Stejarii Country Club.
How did you spend your last holiday?
In Spain with my family. I have 3 kids under 7 years old, so my holidays are always dedicated to spending time with them.
What newspapers/magazines do you read?
Every day I read 5 of the Spanish online newspapers (on general topics), as well as the Romanian Ziarul Financiar.
What colour is your kitchen?
White furniture on beige stone.

Rugby, football, travelling.
The most important person in your life is…?
My wife. We have been together for 19 years already, from kindergarden almost. 😊
What is your favorite car?
I don’t have one. I am not passionate about cars, they are just something I need to move from one place to another. As a matter of fact, I do not even have a car right now, I use Uber.
If you wouldn’t have your actual career/job, what would you like to do (as a career/job)?
A sportsman. A rugby or football player.

Its charming people.
