From February 4th until February 11th, join us at Athénée Palace Hilton for a celebration of Peruvian gastronomy, brought to Bucharest with the courtesy of the Embassy of Perú. You will taste some of the classics and most representative dishes of Peruvian gastronomy like Ceviche, Causa, Anticuchos, Ají de gallina and Suspiro a la limeña, and celebrate with us the International Pisco Sour Day on the 4th of February.

Creamed potato salad with Peruvian chili and prawns

Ceviche Clásico

Raw fish marinated in lime and chili. Served with sweet potatoes and corn

Yuquitas a la Huancaina

Fried cassava with Huancaina sauce of Peruvian yellow chilies

~ Main Courses ~

Lomo saltado

Stir fried tenderloin marinated “chifa-style” with tomatoes, onions, fried potatoes and rice

Arroz con pato

Rice casserole with roasted duck

Seco de Cordero

Lamb stewed in beer, coriander and chilies

~ Dessert ~

Suspiro de Limeña

Caramel fudge and meringue parfait
