Under the name of #ParksofTherme, visitors to the complex will have three new areas of relaxation and disconnection, two of them, starting this summer.

Set in the Galaxy outdoor area, Feng Shui Park is a true vegetation and architecture show, with over 120 perennial plant species and 40 species of trees covering an area of 4,900 square meters. The eight gardens in the park symbolize the elements of the primordial balance arranged according to the ancient laws of harmony between man and nature. The area includes both meditation and relaxation areas as well as playgrounds for children or leisure in larger groups of people. The whole architecture invites reflection, rebirth and healing, according to the set of principles inherited from ancient Chinese people.

In The Palm Outside, there is the Pangea Park, a huge 3,000-square-foot vegetation puzzle, in an atmosphere of primordial silence before the earth looks the way we know it today. Pangea Park includes precious minerals, as well as medicinal plants and 12 different tree species, giving the story of the earth as it was 250 million years ago when it consisted of a single great expanse of land, of which there were formed continents.

” After the expansion of the Galaxy with a new 4,000-square-foot body in December 2016, and the launch of Europe’s largest urban beach, Sands of Therme, we continued the project of expanding and renewing the complex through a unique urban park design theme. They will be functional for the entire year, reaching a peak of summer spectacular. #ParksOfTherme is a unique project in Romania, due to the increasing need of the inhabitants of Bucharest to have access to urban green areas for rest, relaxation and recreation in the vicinity of the area where they live or work. That is why we plan to launch a third park, Fibonacci Park, this autumn, a true show for visitors, which will combine nature, art and mathematics.“, said Stelian Iacob, Administrator Therme Bucharest.

The investment in Therme Bucharest, whose construction started in 2013, has now reached over 85 million euros, the number of employees exceeding the threshold of 500. The relaxation, wellness and entertainment complex has an indoor capacity of 4,000 people at the same time, and counting over 2 million visitors at the end of the second year of operation.
