The fifth edition of the Bucharest Real Estate Salon (Salonul Imobiliar Bucuresti) will begin at the Parliament Palace on Friday 7th September, where about 100 exhibitors will present their offer, which totals over 10,000 dwellings in all of Bucharest, as well as holiday homes.

The organizers point out that, according to the National Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Guarantee Fund, only 25% of the funds remain available under the First Home Government Program in the limit allocated in early 2018. “The First Home Program can be considered one of the most successful government programs, with more than 245,000 Romanians and their families choosing to move to a new home due to the guarantee facilities offered. The program’s popularity is confirmed in 2018 as well, the tenth year of implementation, when the allocated limit of 2 billion lei was used up to this date by almost 75%, giving in the first 8 months of this year some 16,600 guarantee guarantees and promises. The program maintains its social purpose, contributing directly to the quality of life of young people, as confirmed by the presence in the Fund’s portfolio of over 70% of beneficiaries up to 35 years of age,while generating related growth effects in the construction and furniture manufacturing and residential developments industries, “said Alexandru Petrescu, FNGCIMM General Manager.

Atria Urban Resort, the project  developed by SIF Moldova and Cityring in the Străuleşti Lake area, with a total investment of over 100 million euros, launches its commercial offer within SIB. The new project is being built in the vicinity of the Colosseum Retail Park, on a nine-hectare plot of land. Atria Urban Resort will sell first-class apartments with a total of 160 units (studio, two and three rooms), a private park and a pool dedicated to residents. It is already under construction and is to be delivered in the third quarter of 2019.

South Residential (Sud Rezidential) launches at SIB Top House Residence, a development of 500 housing units in the Park Residence Metallurgy. The new project consists of three apartment buildings ranging from 55 to 110 square meters. In addition to the above-ground parking lots, a large, large-size parking space will be arranged.

Another project to be launched is Spazio Residence, a residential complex with a total of 336 apartments in the Bragadiru area. The project is an investment of Water Systems International, part of a group of companies active in the most dynamic sectors of activity, from the trade in materials for thermal, sanitary and electrical installations, construction and real estate.
