Coldwell Banker Romania, one of the largest real estate consultancy companies active in Romania, changed its CEO after just eight months, appointing Georgia Cailean, former CEO of Piraeus Real Estate. She worked at Piraeus Bank between 2008 and 2015, having previously been Financial Analyst at Adama Real Estate Developer.

The company plans to open new offices in Bucharest as well as in the largest Romanian cities, as well as expanding on corporate services, especially asset management.

In January last year, Coldwell Banker Romania appointed Bogdan Voica, formerly Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), John Taylor, Skanska Commercial Development and NEPI Rockcastle.

Coldwell Banker Romania, on the local 12-year market, registered a turnover of EUR 5.3 million last year, with offices in Brasov, Cluj-Napoca and Constanta.  With a history of 110 years, the US-based company is now owned by the Realogy Corporation franchiser, covering 50 states with over 3,000 offices and about 90,000 consultants and brokers.
