Spaces, a pioneer in creative office spaces, is opening its third location in Bucharest in the Expo Business Park building (TBC), on 68 Clăbucet Street, floors 1-2 and the company is also expanding in the north-western part of the city. The space will be used in the third quarter of 2019.
With an area of 4106,64 square meters and 457 workstations, the new location offers new areas for networking and collaboration, offices for teams, co-working spaces, fully equipped office for meetings, individual furnished offices and a café. Furbishing the workstations, whether designed to be rented for a short period of a few years, is made with designer furniture.
“The demand for flexible working spaces is continuing to grow in Bucharest, because companies are increasingly preoccupied with cutting costs related to long-term rentals and to offer their employees more freedom to work when and where they want. Spaces offers a young and vibrant environment and promotes collaboration and well-being at work. In Spaces you will find the comfort you need, a new environment, a unique place where you will mix business with pleasure and where we emphasize the idea of community and dynamics. Spaces’ activities are aligned with the global trends in flexible working spaces,” states Ramona Predescu (Iacob), Country Manager at Spaces Romania.
The new space is very close to the main means of transport and offers direct access to King Mihai I Park and Piața Presei Libere, which have restaurants and recreational areas.
Apart from the space at Expo Business Park, Spaces owns 2 more locations in Bucharest in Unirii View Tower with 3,000 sqm (1st to 3rd floor) and the Campus 6.1 building, with 3100 sqm (1st and 2nd floors).
Spaces is a promoter of business communities and uses its global player position to host local or international events in order to facilitate the exchange of good practices and business contacts between participants. The Expo Business Park location will probably be inaugurated next September.
