RE/MAX Romania, part of the world real estate leader, announces the expansion of Romania’s network with three offices in Timisoara and Cluj-Napoca (where there are already 2 and 8 RE/MAX offices respectively) and the third on the market in Suceava. The most recent franchises in the company portfolio are RE/MAX Corso in Timisoara and RE/MAX Experts in Suceava.
Being located on an street with a very good street exposure, the RE / MAX Exclusive office was taken over by another Broker/Owner, meaning Marius Hangan, an entrepreneur who also works in the art field at Artmark Galleries. The market in which it operates is a very diverse one on residential segment, especially where special properties can be found, with prices starting at 1,200 euros/sqm and exceeding 2,000 euro/sqm.
“Taking into account my own professional experience, entering into entrepreneurship, especially in the field of sales of services, is just the fulfillment of a personal wish. The fact that RE / MAX is a well-established brand and a successful model in this field has made it very easy because I wanted a good business soon. I am glad to have a team that is rapidly crystallized and with whom I can develop the agency, especially since I do not intend to renounce the art field. With the RE / MAX Romania team, I want a mutually beneficial and long-lasting collaboration focused on the Cluj region, a market that will surely preserve its dynamics, regardless of real estate prices”, said Marius Hangan, Broker / Owner RE / MAX Exclusive.
The RE / MAX Corso office in Timisoara, managed by two associates, Cosmin Capezan and Sorin Horotan, has become operational since 1 October. Timisoara, currently one of the most active markets in Romania, has the advantages of connecting with Europe by highway, of being an important university center and of the city with the lowest unemployment rate, to become an important tourist pole as well in 2021 it will be European Capital of Culture. Here rents for a two-room apartment start at 300 euros and can reach up to 600 euros, while the selling price per square meter varies between 1,000 euros and 2,000 euros in central and ultra-central areas. Moreover, because the habitable estate consists of apartments built before 1989, there is both a need, as well as a special effervescence in the construction of residential and office buildings. The prices are also different, in a new building being about 1,250 euro/sqm, while in an old average is 1,100 euro/sqm.
Two other Romanian entrepreneurs – Florin Vatamanu and Marius Vatamanu – recently opened a RE/MAX office in Suceava, a market with average prices of 300 euro/sqm for rent and 800 euro/sqm for sale, where a two-room apartment costs about 45,000 euros. The owners of RE / MAX Experts have proposed to build a competitive team by the end of next year to provide the best real estate services in the entire county so that in the long run they become the first choice for customers.
