On Saturday, November 17, the British Council awaits young people interested in studying in the UK at a new edition of the  Study UK Exhibition  at the Sheraton Hotel in Bucharest. Entry is free, and participants can register for free at  www.britishcouncil.ro.

With over 10 free information seminars and a fair where they can meet British university representatives, the event provides young people with the opportunity to receive up-to-date information and advice on their studies in the UK.

This year, six prestigious universities will present their educational offer of  university and postgraduate programs   for those who want to continue their  studies in the UK  and benefit from world-class education. Among the present universities, there are also top destinations for Romanian students, such as The University of Manchester or University of Warwick.

In addition, the participants will be able to attend  free seminars and presentations  held by specialists from the UK and Romania to discuss topics such as: preparing the application dossier, selecting the study program, building a successful portfolio, preparing for the IELTS test, admission process or student accommodation.

A novelty in this year’s edition of this year is the  “Alumni Insights” sessions  with leading UK graduates from the UK, where young people interested in British education in areas such as science, IT, medicine or business will be able to find out information and advice about student life, academic expectations and professional opportunities. The Alumni Insights sessions take place on Saturday, November 17, from 13.30 and 15.00 at the Study UK Exhibition.
