Andreea Micu, lawyer, mother of two boys and associate of the AVINCIS winery, launched on October 25 the volume “Lunus Plinus și Andrei în Țara lui Faci ce Vrei”. The book, her debut in children’s literature, is suitable for children between the ages of 3 and 10 and has been published by Baroque Books and Arts publisher under special graphic conditions.
The launch event took place at Cărturești Verona bookstore, where numerous parents and children discovered more about the main characters, Lunus Plinus and Andrei, received surprise gifts for purchasing the book and enjoyed a fairytale-like atmosphere, as well as the VILA DOBRUŞA wines created by AVINCIS and the delicacies that accompanied them. The little ones were entertained with the face painting workshop and were eager to tell stories at the creative workshop, but also to take pictures of the book characters and to get autographs.
“I wrote this book recounting my own experience as a mother, stories were created having my oldest son, Andrei, as an inspiration. I wanted the launch to be perceived as an invitation to writing and story-telling, so I challenged the kids to listen to their senses, to let their imagination run free and look differently at the surrounding objects. We have created fabulous stories together, we gave prizes to the children and I have been very happy to see so much creativity and support surrounding me”, said Andreea Micu.
At the end of the book launch event, parents were invited to taste the VILA DOBRUŞA wine, created by AVINCIS, whose flavors were highlighted by delicious appetizers and desserts made by Gargantua.
