The Ninth Stradale restaurant, created by Chef Foa alongside the Flavours team, will be opened in Tower I building developed by Globalworth on Dimitrie Pompeiu Boulevard in Bucharest, in an area of more than 600 sqm.
The network also includes Oregon Street, Stradale Bucharest Business Park, Willbrook Platinum Center, Carnivale Stradale, Kaufland Stations, Cluj Street, Aletheea Stradale and Stradale for Avenor.
Tower I is the first office building in the Globalworth Campus, with an area of 29,000 square meters, including workspaces and facilities such as green spaces, natural light for each floor of the building, restaurants, supermarkets or cafes. The principal tenant will be Amazon.

The Globalworth Campus will comprise three Class A office buildings with a total area of 88,000 sqm, 760 parking spaces, a treadmill and the largest conference center in Bucharest. The second building of the project, which will be ready in the first quarter of this year, is already pre-leased to 28%. The third building, 34,800 square meters of offices, will be ready in the first half of this year.
