Kiddo Play Academy opens second place in Bucharest in ParkLake (Demo)

Kiddo Play Academy, the company specialized in children’s entertainment, which is owned by Cristina Alexandru-Sucu and Vlad Alexandru, will open on June 1 the second playground in Bucharest after the one located in Baneasa Shopping City.

The new playground is located in the ParkLake shopping center on an area of ​​approximately 1,200 square meters, with a theme theme.

Lease negotiations were counseled by Colliers International Romania real estate consultant.

The new location is added to the one in the northern area of ​​Bucharest (in Baneasa Shopping City), opened in 2014, on an area of ​​1,200 square meters.

” Lately, shopping centers, regardless of size or location, allocate a growing area to the entertainment area. At times, significant amounts are invested for their refurbishment. Only a cinema and a small playground in a project that is dominant is no longer satisfying customer requirements , “said Venera Munjev, Senior Associate Retail Agency at Colliers International Romania.

Kiddo Play Academy is a playground with a concept called EDUTAINMENT (educational entertainment) where children can develop their skills, talents and knowledge through play and new experiences.

The new location brings back some of the attractions in Baneasa, but will bring new elements and experiences. The new attractions are the mini-bowling area, a restaurant with a healthy menu and a bar area as a relaxing element for parents.

” We chose ParkLake for the first time, first of all because the surface of the space allows us to keep the Baneasa format and the basic attractions apart from the novelty elements. We also share with ParkLake the concern for safety, quality and hygiene, issues that go before anything else when it comes to children , “said Cristina Alexandru-Şucu.

With a capacity of 300 children, space is also suitable for birthday parties, school holidays or corporate events, with specially designed areas for them.

As the retail market matures and expansion is no longer the main target, Colliers representatives expect malls and tenants to pursue renovations to improve customer experience by incorporating more and more technological elements.
