How do you like your coffee ?
Although I like the taste of coffee, I only drink very little in the morning, very long Nespresso, no milk and a little sugar.
What’s your favorite app ?
WhatsApp of course 🙂
Name 3 things you always carry with you.
I always carry my laptop, my phone and my Premier Estate notebook.
What’s your favorite place in Bucharest ?
I enjoy very much going for dinners in Herastrau on the lake, very nice terraces and good food. However, the competition is very strong with my own terrace where I often invite friends over and I cook not a very wide range of dishes, but few highly appreciated by the guests.
How did you spend your last holiday ?
I have had a very interesting holiday with a long week-end in Casablanca where I went to visit some friends, very lovely people. Returning from Casablanca, I stayed in St. Tropez for a few days but had to finish my vacation 3 days sooner because of a meeting I had to attend. Therefore, I am planning to return for a few days in mid August.
What newspapers/magazines do you read ?
My favorite magazine is Residences Immobilier –Cote D’Azur & Provence, a French magazine to which I’ve been having a subscription for more than 2 years and that I receive monthly at the office. It presents only real estate offers and projects from South of France and I find it relaxing to start my morning with a coffee and some of the most beautiful properties in the world.
I also enjoy reading Ziarul Financiar for the news and real estate and also Wall-Street.ro. Now I have also started to read OZB Magazine 🙂
What colour is your kitchen ?
My kitchen is mostly white with some touch of colors and Provencal furniture and accessories.
Name 3 favorite hobbies.
Travelling, cooking (still a beginner) and believe it or not, a large part of what I do, real estate, is both work and hobby.
The most important person in your life is…?
There are two most important persons, my parents.
What is your favorite car?
If you wouldn’t have your actual career/job, what would you like to do (as a career/job)?
I think I would be a lawyer, no doubt about it but in case I wouldn’t have to work thinking of the financial aspect and imagine a dream job, one of the best would be to work in a pet shop and stay all day surrounded by pets.
What do you like best about Romania?
I am very proud to be Romanian and it bothers me when people criticize it, especially foreigners who have developed for years very nice businesses here instead of their own countries, but still criticize Romania or the people all the time.
I like Romania because you feel safe here especially with the events happening in the last years in other European countries. I like that it is open for business and you can find qualified people to do the job. I like that despite the political and fiscal unpredictability which is a major set-back for the country, still there is place for development, for new business. I like that people are open for changes, especially the new generations that are educated and most speak English. I like the quality of many young people that are also educated and very smart and that have succeeded to prove the foreigners they can perform above their expectations.
Last but not least, I think that Romania has a great potential to become a much stronger economy and to develop very much in the years to come, if the political environment will manage to be stable and work for the good of the country and of the people. I think we are at a turning point when it is the time we take the development path and grow in the next years, becoming the destination of choice for investors.
