Irina Andreea Micu, a lawyer with over 10 years of experience within STOICA & Asociaţii, holds a law degree (Bucharest University) and a master degree in Business Law (French-Romanian Law College for European Studies– Faculty of Law, Bucharest University / Université Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne). Andreea assisted and represented clients in civil law litigations, IP dispute resolution cases in connection with trademarks, patents, IP and other related rights. She was active in competition law cases, assisting clients in the investigations carried out by the Competition Council with regard to cartels, abuse of dominant positions, economic concentrations. Andreea assisted and represented clients before the local and international arbitration courts (ICC Paris).
Elena Valentina Preda joined STOICA & Asociaţii in 2007 and holds a law degree (Bucharest University) and a master degree in Criminal law (Bucharest University). Valentina assisted and represented Romanian and foreign clients in civil and commercial law litigations, in insolvency procedures, in contentious administrative cases, in labour law, local and international arbitration cases. Moreover, Valentina assisted and represented clients in actions with regard to real estate, inheritance issues, fiscal litigations or administrative action claims, in criminal cases in connection with banking secret and to other white collar crimes.
Oana Zamă is a lawyer within STOICA & Asociaţii since 2007, holds a law degree (Bucharest University) and a master degree in Labour and industrial relations (Bucharest University) and assisted and represented Romanian and foreign clients in administrative and fiscal law litigations, labour law and competition law dispute resolution cases. Oana assisted and represented clients in actions regarding contractual liability, in cases related to the public property regime or in public acquisitions projects.
STOICA & Asociatii was founded in November 1995, and the team grew steadily to its current size of 36 lawyers, of which 11 are partners and the others are associates and junior lawyers, with a total staff of more than 50.
